( Previously the molds were set up that the head and trap door
were separate.
this created more work when fitting the trap door
as - since the figure sports a bald head - a smooth fit is essential)

head cast in whole and trap door cut from that. Since the figure
is primarily bald a good smooth trap door fit ( and sealed) is essential
